Decide to Take Effort

People tend to take laziness lightly. We do hear people say, "I have nothing much this weekend...I will just be lazing around" or "I will just stay at home as I am lazy to go out". In Hebrews 4:11-16, we are admonished to be DILIGENT to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us HOLD FAST our confession. Let us therefore COME BOLDLY to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. We need to decide to take effort to do something! We cannot just be lazing around! In fact, in a parable in Matthew 25, Jesus put away a wicked and lazy servant out into the darkness.
