Day 232: Psalm 47, Proverbs 7:25-27, 1 Peter 4, Job 17-18

Totally Surrender to God

Many a times pre-believers do not accept that it is "easy" to become Christians. They are unable to accept that merely repenting, believing only in Jesus Christ, accepting the Holy Spirit, one will have eternal life. They expect something more. However, we know that once we are believers, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, we arm ourselves with the same mind, for one who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, we no longer should live the rest of our time in the flesh ... but for the will of God. We live in such a way knowing that we will give an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead (1 Peter 4:1-5). Coming to Christ may seem "easy" but living continuously and victoriously as true Christians requires us to totally surrender to the will of God. But good news is He will never leave us nor forsake us. Praise be to God! https://twitter.com/EstherOngHC
