In Genesis 50:24, before Joseph passed away, he said to his brothers, “....God will surely come to your aid and take you up out of this land to the land He promised on oath to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.” This is the level of faith that Joseph had - that God WILL SURELY come to our aid and He WILL DELIVER what He promised. In times of adversity, turmoil and difficulty, we are sometimes overwhelmed by what the incidences and occurences that are beyond us. What a comfort to know God WILL SURELY help us and WILL DELIVER us from our adversities to victories. We just need to be joyful in hope, be patient in affliction and faithful in prayers. What impressed me most is the history of this great prestigious University. John and Charles Wesley's prayer meetings held there laid the foundations of the Methodist Church today. The way of teaching is based on the Disputations which was started 600 years ago in the Divinity School where 2 Professors would present their cases to determine who would be more persuasive.
