Day 326: Psalm 120; Proverbs 17:10-12;Luke 15; Ezekiel 24-26

Don't Take For Granted What God Has Granted

In Ezekiel 24:13-14, God spoke to Ezekiel that He tried to cleanse the Israelites but they would not want to be cleansed from their impurity so much so that God finally said they would not be cleaned again until His wrath against them had subsided.  God further said the time had come for Him to act. He would not hold back. He would not have pity nor would He relent. The Israelites would be judged according to their conduct and their actions. How often we too experience this. We struggle and we still want to live in sins even though we know God is not pleased at all. We take God for granted. Take heed! Our God is a sure and steadfast God. He means what He says. He is a firm God Who will not go back against His words. He will judge and punish for the deliberate sins. Hebrews 10:26-27 says, "If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God." https://twitter.com/EstherOngHC (please click the link to twitter to view a visual)
