We know that it is important to fear God. We vote for a leader who is God-fearing. But, what does it mean to fear God. In Acts 12:21-24, we read of how as king Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat on his throne and gave an oration to them....Then, immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he did not give glory to God. And he was eaten by worms and died. But the word of God grew and multiplied. One aspect is to give God His glory and the effect is His Word will grow and multiply. We must echo what John the Baptist said in John 3:30, "He must increase, but I must decrease." Let us go to church today and proclaim the name of the Lord : Ascribe greatness to our God. He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He. (Deuteronomy 32:3-4) https://twitter.com/EstherOngHC
