At times, we sigh of a corrupted world we are in. Just yesterday, in Petaling Jaya, a man, aged 66, fought back after a robber broke into his house. He held on to his bag tightly, not wanting to let it go. The robbers pushed him to the ground, took his bag and left him to die. In Acts 2:40, the Apostle Peter pleaded with the people in Jerusalem, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” How? In Acts 2:38-39, Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.” Let us then, like Apostle Peter, pleaded with our loved ones or friends and relatives or our even our children (if pre-believers) to save themselves by believing in Jesus and receiving the Holy Spirit. Now is the time of God's favor; now is the day of Salvation. Read 2 Corinthians 6:2. https//twitter.com/EstherOngHC
