Day 54: Psalm 34, Proverbs 23:28-30, Romans 6, Genesis 19-20

God Is Good! All The Time!
I sought the Lord , and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears. They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord  encamps all around those who fear Him, And delivers them. Oh, taste and see that the Lord  is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!Psalms 34:4-8 NKJV

Psalm 34 was written by King David when he was pursued by Saul and even needed to pretend madness before Achish, the king of Gath. King David needed to scratch on the doors of the gate and let his saliva fall down on his beard (I Samuel 21:13). But, the whole of Psalm 34 was all about the goodness of God and how God had been so kind and merciful to Him. What we can learn from this is that we do not need to dwell on the bitter part of the actual incident but to focus and address our minds to the FACT that God answers our prayers especially during the hours of peril. How God has been faithful and He will save us from all our troubles! King David even exhorted others to taste the Lord for He is good. He certainly could speak from his experiences. Wait no longer! Come, taste and see that our Lord Jesus is indeed good! https://twitter.com/EstherOngHC (please click to view a visual)
