Day 42: Psalm 22, Proverbs 22:22-24, Acts 22, Zechariah 13-14

Make Use Of Who We Are and What We Have For His Purpose
And when they heard that he spoke to them in the Hebrew language, they kept all the more silent.....When the centurion heard that, he went and told the commander, saying, “Take care what you do, for this man is a Roman.” Then immediately those who were about to examine him withdrew from him; and the commander was also afraid after he found out that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him.
Acts 22:2, 26-26, 29 NKJV

There are times we hear people grumble as to why their parents send them to certain schools and to study certain languages they do not like. We also hear people wanted to migrate or give up their citizenship as they are disillusioned of their country. In Acts 22, we could see how Apostle Paul used the languages (Hebrew and Greek) he knew and his citizenship for the advancement of the Gospel. He knew this concept well as he had articulated it in the long discourse he gave to the philosophers at Athens in Acts 17:26-27, "...He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us." Hence, fret no more of where we are born or what language we speak! Use them all for God's purpose and for His glory!
