The Power Of Church
But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves. You shall trample the wicked, For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet On the day that I do this, ” Says the Lord of hosts.Malachi 4:2-3 NKJV
Yesterday, we saw how we can instill in ourselves the fear of God in us. Today, God further assures us of the benefits of fearing His Name, The Sun of Righteousness, such as healing will come our way, adequate provisions will be greatly supplied to us so much so it is described as "grow fat like stall-fed calves." In addition to that, those who fear God will trample the wicked which means when Christians fear God, the society will experience less wickedness, crime and unrest! Huh! We are truly the INFLUENCERS! But this also sends a serious and urgent signal to the church - how we must preach holiness, righteousness and the fear of God amongst believers so that our light will be so bright and strong that darkness and wickedness shall flee. We need to work together - we must go to church! As ONE Body of Christ, we can do wonders for God because "God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, AFTER THAT miracles, then gifts of healings, helps....."
