Day 88: Sow HIs Love Abundantly Read: Psalm 69, Proverbs 27:13-15, 2 Corinthians 9, Exodus 39-40 2 Corinthians 9 8  And God  is  able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all  things,  may have an abundance for every good work.  9  As it is written: “He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.” [ b ] God's grace abounds and He ALWAYS ensure we have all sufficiency - and not only sufficiency BUT abundance. Ephesians 3:20-21 says that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us .  O What a promise! Praise the Lord! Knowing that God is a God of abundance, as His children, we too need to sow His love abundantly. Let us share generously without being calculative that we have given more than we should! As for me, I rather be a giver than a recipient!
Day 89: Soak Ourselves In the Word of God Read: Psalm 70; Proverbs 27:16-18, 2 Corinthians 10, Leviticus 1-2 2 Corinthians 10:4-6 “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.” ‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭10:4-6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ http://bible.com/114/2co.10.4-6.nkjv Our enemy is not what we can see but it is the ideas, philosophy, the trends, the subtle influences that exalts itself against God in a slow but surely manner. How important then that we soak ourselves in the knowledge of God so that our EVERY thought is brought to the obedience of Christ!  John  Calvin has this to say,  "For nothing is more opposed to the spiritual wisdom of God than the wisdom of the flesh, and nothing more opposed to
Day 87: Keep Growing! Read: Psalm 68, Proverbs 27:10-12, 2 Corinthians 8, Exodus 37-38 2 Corinthians 8:7 7  But as you abound in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in your love for us— see  that you abound in this grace also. How important as we abound in everything, the 6 areas that God specifically  mentions are in the areas of faith, speech, knowledge, diligence, love and grace. Faith is our trust in God. How we need to increase our level of faith in God. We need to also work on our speech - to be ready in and out of season. Knowledge is our reading and meditating of God's Words. Further, never be lazy but be hardworking or be diligent. Let us take heed that in Matthew 25:26, in the parable of the talents, God has mentioned laziness together with wickedness. This shows a glimpse of how God views laziness. Last but not least, we should show love and grace to others in an increasing measure from day to day.
