Day 124: Jesus is Faithful
Read: Psalm 102; Proverbs 30:32-33; Colossians 2; Deuteronomy 1-2

Deuteronomy‬ ‭2:7, 36‬ ‭NIV‬‬
“The LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched over your journey through this vast wilderness. These forty years the LORD your God has been with you, and you have not lacked anything.

From Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge, and from the town in the gorge, even as far as Gilead, not one town was too strong for us. The LORD our God gave us all of them.”

Indeed, it was a miracle how the Israelites were taken care of by God when they were in the wilderness for 40 years.  In Deuteronomy 8:4, it was recorded that "For all these forty years your clothes didn't wear out, and your feet didn't blister or swell.” And in today’s passage, we saw how God watched over them throughout the whole journey and they lacked nothing. Not one town was too strong for them and the Lord gave them all. The Lord is the same today, yesterday and forever (Hebrews 13:8). If He had provided for the Israelites more than 2000 years ago, He will do the same for you and me today.Put your faith in Him today and you will be assured that He will remain faithful to us even when we are faithless for He cannot deny Himself (2 Timothy 2:13). Day 69: Psalm 49, Proverbs 25:4-6, 1 Corinthians 5, Genesis 49-50 Do Our Utmost For His Highest Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? We may go around feeling very miserable, angry and unproductive. Day 187 - Have Fear of God Read: Psalm 145; Proverbs 6:28-31; Revelation 6; 2 Samuel 15-16 2 Samuel 15 & 16 15:13 A messenger came and told David, “The hearts of the people of Israel are with Absalom.”14 Then David said to all his officials who were with him in Jerusalem, “Come! We must flee, or none of us will escape from Absalom. We must leave immediately, or he will move quickly to overtake us and bring ruin on us and put the city to the sword.” To me, as a parent, it is so sad to note that King David got to run for his life from his own son, Absalom. His own son schemed for 40 years (15:7) to topple his own father - could you believe that? This is our Bible - it will not hide - all the successes and failures of God's people are truthfully reported. Why did King David suffer this?
