Day 124: Jesus is Faithful
Read: Psalm 102; Proverbs 30:32-33; Colossians 2; Deuteronomy 1-2

Deuteronomy‬ ‭2:7, 36‬ ‭NIV‬‬
“The LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched over your journey through this vast wilderness. These forty years the LORD your God has been with you, and you have not lacked anything.

From Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge, and from the town in the gorge, even as far as Gilead, not one town was too strong for us. The LORD our God gave us all of them.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭2:7, 36‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Indeed, it was a miracle how the Israelites were taken care of by God when they were in the wilderness for 40 years.  In Deuteronomy 8:4, it was recorded that "For all these forty years your clothes didn't wear out, and your feet didn't blister or swell.” And in today’s passage, we saw how God watched over them throughout the whole journey and they lacked nothing. Not one town was too strong for them and the Lord gave them all. The Lord is the same today, yesterday and forever (Hebrews 13:8). If He had provided for the Israelites more than 2000 years ago, He will do the same for you and me today.Put your faith in Him today and you will be assured that He will remain faithful to us even when we are faithless for He cannot deny Himself (2 Timothy 2:13). Thanks be to our Lord Jesus Christ. To Thee we ascribe glory, majesty, power and honour! Amen! #devotion #faithful #promises #trust https://twitter.com/EstherOngHC
