Day 94: Seek To Please God
Read: Psalm 75, Proverbs 28:4-6, Galatians 2,  Leviticus 11-12
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭2:20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬


As Christians, we need to live our lives for Christ. Our old lives have been crucified with Christ! We need to put aside our old flesh and old desires. Our desires should be longing for God, His Presence, His Glory and His Purpose! We should be delighting to seek Him and keep His Law and Commandments. We should also abhor unclean things. Anything that Is not pleasing to Him, becomes an abhorrence to us as well. 


Oh Lord, we are so thankful that You have called us out of darkness to the Light! Dear Lord, we recognize that You love to bless us and long that we seek You. Thank You so much for Your everlasting love. Help us to continue to please You at all times in all circumstances and every moment of our life till we meet You face to face. Day 69: Psalm 49, Proverbs 25:4-6, 1 Corinthians 5, Genesis 49-50 Do Our Utmost For His Highest Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? But as for you, you meant evil against me; but  God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it  is this day, to save many people alive. Now therefore, do not be afraid; I will provide for you and your little ones.” And he comforted them and spoke kindly to them. We may go around feeling very miserable, angry and unproductive. However, Joseph in the Old Testament did not have such feelings but instead he went about doing his best in whatever tasks given to him, knowing that God is in charge and in control. Day 187 - Have Fear of God Read: Psalm 145; Proverbs 6:28-31; Revelation 6; 2 Samuel 15-16 2 Samuel 15 & 16 15:13 A messenger came and told David, “The hearts of the people of Israel are with Absalom.”14 Then David said to all his officials who were with him in Jerusalem, “Come! We must flee, or none of us will escape from Absalom. We must leave immediately, or he will move quickly to overtake us and bring ruin on us and put the city to the sword.” To me, as a parent, it is so sad to note that King David got to run for his life from his own son, Absalom. His own son schemed for 40 years (15:7) to topple his own father - could you believe that?
