Day 90: God Will Provide A Way BUT We Have To Repent
Read: Psalm 71; Proverbs 27:19-21, 2 Corinthians 11, Leviticus 3-4
Leviticus 4:35
35 He shall remove all its fat, as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offering. Then the priest shall burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire to the Lord. So the priest shall make atonement for his sin that he has committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
God loves us but that does not mean He will not punish. In fact, true love disciplines. True love wants the best of the person. If discipline and punishment are the ways to enable a person to learn and grow, God needs to resort to that. But, He will provide a way for us to make atonement for our sins that we have committed and it shall be forgiven us. And of course now, Jesus laid down His life once and for all as an act of atonement for each and everyone of us. Once we realise how our sins and wrongdoings are paid off, we ought to be thankful and live a life of holiness and gratitude. 2 Corinthians 7:1 says, "Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.” https:twitter.com/EstherOngHC
