Day 92: Hear, Do & Walk Right
Read: Psalm 73, Proverbs 27:25-27,  2 Corinthians 13, Leviticus 7-8


“Then he brought Aaron’s sons. And Moses put some of the blood on the tips of their right ears, on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the big toes of their right feet. And Moses sprinkled the blood all around on the altar.”
‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭8:24‬ ‭NKJV‬‬


It is interesting to note that Moses put some of the blood on the tips of their right ears, right thumb and right feet. Right hand denotes own effort and strength. When God gives us free will to exercise our strength and make effort, we are to ensure we hear (ear), do (thumb) and walk (feet) in accordance to God's guidance and Biblical's principles. Day 69: Psalm 49, Proverbs 25:4-6, 1 Corinthians 5, Genesis 49-50 Do Our Utmost For His Highest Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? But as for you, you meant evil against me; but  God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it  is this day, to save many people alive. Now therefore, do not be afraid; I will provide for you and your little ones.” And he comforted them and spoke kindly to them. Genesis 50:19‭-‬21 (http://bible.com/114/gen.50.19-21.NKJV) When we hear stories of how the evil triumphs over the good, we are angry. If it happens in real life to us, we may question God. We may go around feeling very miserable, angry and unproductive. However, Joseph in the Old Testament did not have such feelings but instead he went about doing his best in whatever tasks given to him, knowing that God is in charge and in control. Day 187 - Have Fear of God Read: Psalm 145; Proverbs 6:28-31; Revelation 6; 2 Samuel 15-16 2 Samuel 15 & 16 15:13 A messenger came and told David, “The hearts of the people of Israel are with Absalom.”14 Then David said to all his officials who were with him in Jerusalem, “Come! We must flee, or none of us will escape from Absalom. We must leave immediately, or he will move quickly to overtake us and bring ruin on us and put the city to the sword.” To me, as a parent, it is so sad to note that King David got to run for his life from his own son, Absalom. His own son schemed for 40 years (15:7) to topple his own father - could you believe that?
