Be ProActive and Warn People

When we receive a piece of news and if we know that danger is imminent, we would give warnings to people. Similarly, in 2 Chronicles 19:10, we read of how King Jehoshaphat selected priests and told them, "Whatever case comes to you from your brethren who dwell in their cities, whether of bloodshed or offenses against law or commandment, against statutes or ordinances, you SHALL WARN them, lest they trespass against the Lord and wrath come upon you and your brethren. Do this, and you will not be guilty." This reminds us to be more pro-active and be more urgent about sharing the greatest good news of all, the Gospel. We need to warn people of the urgency as Second Coming of our dear Lord Jesus is sooner as the days go by. Read Ezekiel 33:3-6. https://twitter.com/EstherOngHC

But as for you, you meant evil against me; but  God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it  is this day, to save many people alive. We may go around feeling very miserable, angry and unproductive. However, Joseph in the Old Testament did not have such feelings but instead he went about doing his best in whatever tasks given to him, knowing that God is in charge and in control. Day 187 - Have Fear of God Read: Psalm 145; Proverbs 6:28-31; Revelation 6; 2 Samuel 15-16 2 Samuel 15 & 16 15:13 A messenger came and told David, “The hearts of the people of Israel are with Absalom.”14 Then David said to all his officials who were with him in Jerusalem, “Come! We must flee, or none of us will escape from Absalom. We must leave immediately, or he will move quickly to overtake us and bring ruin on us and put the city to the sword.” To me, as a parent, it is so sad to note that King David got to run for his life from his own son, Absalom. His own son schemed for 40 years (15:7) to topple his own father - could you believe that?
