We, Christians know the sins committed by king David yet in this genealogy of our beloved dear Lord Jesus Christ, God mentioned his son, Solomon whom we know was born out of the adultery act of king David. We also know how King David genuinely confessed his sins and repented as well as suffered consequences of his sins. Lesson to learn is that God will punish and bring about consequences of our sins we commit but when we genuinely repent, He will make good out of the mistakes we may make. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
